Home Of The Wire?!

Yes, I reside in Baltimore, Md, A city known for weeding out the meek. B'more...Home of the Wire, that gritty no nonsense show from HBO that put the spotlight on the ills of my city. Baltimore is known so much for it's crime rate & "hood" that if you didn't know any better, you would think the area should be restricted. lol
I will never forget when comedien Chris Rock, while doing a stand up, joked about how long it took Bush & the U.S. government to invade & overthrow Sadaam and Iraq...which at the time was perceived to be a world wide threat. Chris Rock said..."It took Bush 1 week to overthrow Iraq...1 week?! He couldn't take over Baltimore in 1 week!" I laughed my ass off...but at the same time I said.....Ouch.

But every city has it's hood. Every city has some area that needs fixing. No city is perfect...not even if you lived in Hollywood. While visiting the federal Hill area of Baltimore, I decided to snap some pics. Why not show off some of my city's finer points, cause it ain't all bad.
